我到低还能怎样。。。无论我多么努力。。最终得到就是这样子的结果。新店我真的是抱着新的希望。。能让这里变成有条理。。秩序，把以前不好的去掉。可是我想大家都不认同吧。。。不认同我管的方式。。。甚至。。连Kathy 这个从WP 过来帮忙的。。这么顶撞我。大家都好像看笑话一样。。。我真的是笨得可以。我真的以为。。新店。。 Irene 和Tom 真的会认真改进我们的店。口头上的要管好Staffs 都是屁话.一边叫我管好Staffs .. 连我跟Jennifer 讲一句话都被Irene 讲。。跟着Kathy 整个人靠住柱子。。跟Engsee 和Xueling 讲话。。就不用紧。我讲Kathy 被Kathy 顶回。。吵了起来。。。大家只会闲言闲语在那边笑。好啊。。。Irene , Tom , Chui Ping , Shaun ...和全部人。。。你们喜欢就笑个够吧。。。。我对这间店。。。的期待也因为。。。这件事碎了。这边。。。不需要我。。。我根本是多余的。。。。。
wrt kathy,take it w a pinch of salt .she hasnt changed much since i last work with her. her attitude is still as bad n loathy.anw,she doesnt matter for she is an outsider. what's more impt n crucial to tackle is the existing staff u have. there's just a thin line seperating black n white,yet many get stranded in the grey area. i reckon u just have to draw e line n inject more discipline.i reckon u dont wanna taw on friendships but at present state, u ve to draw line n do things in the official way. put on different mask during work n inject more discipline. life is all abt wearing masks, isn't it? correct mask at correct timings. nothing will go smoothly at first for everything needs buffer time.give urself a grace period to make necessary changes. take care. see u on fri evening and sun 12-5 =D (had a hard time posting this comment, 2nd attempt)
